This question is the focus of the panel discussion “Inheriting – Shaping – Endowing: Setting the Course for the Next Generation,” hosted by the Caritas Foundation Stuttgart on March 19, 2026. Together with experts from the fields of law, tax consulting, asset management, and philanthropy, the event will explore the diverse possibilities of strategically planned wealth succession—from drafting wills and endowments to securing the long-term future of charitable projects.

Claudia Hauke (VOELKER) will participate in the discussion as a speaker, contributing her expertise in the areas of inheritance law and asset succession. The discussion will provide practical insights into legal structuring options as well as the structured planning of asset transfers and foundation models.
