Born in Esslingen, studied Business Administration at the University of Applied Science in Regensburg, for several years at one of the "Big Four" accounting firms, then Head of Accounting and Taxation in a listed industrial company, since 2001 a member of the law firm, in 2007 affiliated a partner.
