NIS-2: Management training for VPKA members

Rehabilitation facilities and acute care clinics that fall under the EU's NIS-2 Directive must register with the BSI.

I would like to remind you that the deadline for this is March 6, 2026. A longer deadline only applies if your facility has only recently become subject to NIS 2 (e.g., because it has only just exceeded the threshold of 50 employees).

Part of the NIS 2 regulations is a new personal liability for management if the necessary NIS 2 measures are not taken and monitored by management. These measures cannot be delegated, and liability extends to personal assets. Part of the obligations is regular training for management.

I am therefore pleased to be able to offer you such NIS 2 training, which is specifically aimed at management but is also useful for other executives.

When: March 25, 2026

Time: 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

How: via MS Teams

The training will be conducted by Dr. Gerrit Hötzel, specialist lawyer for IT law, from the law firm VOELKER. He will give us an overview of the requirements under NIS-2 and the necessary measures and will be available to answer questions during the session.

A certificate of participation will be issued. The event is free of charge for you.
