Partnerships

Since 2021, we have been working closely with the PKF Wulf Group, based in Stuttgart. PKF Wulf supports medium-sized companies, family businesses, and high-growth startups with annual and consolidated financial statements, tax returns and planning, payroll and financial accounting, as well as tax audits. In addition, PKF Wulf advises on special situations such as business succession, restructurings, and transactions—including due diligence, business valuation, financing matters, and reporting. In the current JUVE Tax Market Ranking 2025, PKF ranks third among the leading SME consulting firms in Germany.

The client structure reflects PKF Wulf’s strong focus on the SME sector. The firm primarily serves owner-managed family businesses, hidden champions, and startups, as well as corporate groups and international subsidiaries with cross-border issues, and real estate and project companies. Organizations in the healthcare and social services sectors, as well as selected public and non-profit institutions, are also part of the client base—all sharing a common need for pragmatic, reliable advice and direct communication channels.

VOELKER and PKF Wulf work hand in hand on joint engagements: PKF is responsible for tax optimization and business valuation, while we handle the legal structuring and implementation. In this way, we provide comprehensive support for transactions and restructurings—from share and asset deals, including due diligence, to mergers, spin-offs, or changes in legal form, governance rules, and closing arrangements. In addition, we advise PKF’s clients in corporate law disputes, such as shareholder conflicts, director liability, proceedings regarding defective resolutions, as well as in summary proceedings, mediations, and arbitration.

The result for you: an integrated, economically sound, and legally robust solution with clear points of contact, coordinated processes, and noticeably short response times—made possible by our physical proximity in Stuttgart, where we share office space on Löffelstraße. This collaboration thus presents an extraordinary opportunity for clients on both sides.

Partnership with DIRO AG

Since 1994, VOELKER has been part of the international law firm network DIRO, one of the largest independent networks of law firms in Europe. VOELKER plays an active role within DIRO and shares the network’s commitment to quality, internationality, and practice-oriented advice. Our partner Dr. Karsten Amann is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DIRO AG.

Achieving more together

Together with DIRO, we create synergies: We leverage the established infrastructure and intensive exchange within the network to always provide the right point of contact for cross-border mandates, complex international legal issues, or strategic projects—whether in Germany or in one of the many European member countries of our partner law firms. Through this cooperation, we ensure that we deliver both personalized advice and extensive international expertise.

You, too, can benefit

Clients of VOELKER benefit from the broad and well-coordinated range of services offered by the DIRO network without having to forego the personal attention of a mid-sized law firm. Thanks to DIRO, we have access to nearly 200 member firms in Germany, Europe, and worldwide. This allows us to combine regional proximity and personal commitment with international reach and diverse expertise, particularly in international business matters and country-specific issues.

A Partnership with a Future

In an era of digitalization and international networking, belonging to a strong network like DIRO is a clear competitive advantage. VOELKER benefits from quality assurance, knowledge management, shared processes, and innovative approaches (e.g., legal tech, digitalization, cross-border case handling). For our clients, this means: maximum flexibility, security, and expertise—both nationally and internationally.
