Rights, Duties, and Liability of the Managing Director of a GmbH A presentation at the Reutlingen Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Law and Taxation Division

The demands placed on managing directors are constantly increasing. In addition to business decisions, the focus is particularly on personal liability risks, compliance requirements, and legal obligations.
