Pay Transparency Directive – Introduction, implementation obligations, and guidance for companies
From June 2026, companies of all sizes will be subject to new and far-reaching obligations regarding pay transparency and equal pay. Even though the EU Pay Transparency Directive has yet to be implemented at national level, employers should already be preparing for the foreseeable requirements, and the need for action on the part of companies is enormous. The webinar provides an introduction to the current legal situation, the upcoming changes brought about by the EU directive, and guidance on how companies can prepare.
